• REACH DECLARATION

  The Group INOXPA is fully committed to the compliance with regulations of Quality, Environment and Safety that have to be implemented. It is part of this commitment the Regulation REACH (CE 1907/2006) which regulates the
  Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of substances and chemical preparations, and that came into force on June 1, 2007.
  
  The Group INOXPA is classified, according to the Regulation REACH, as an intermediated user, defined as every physique or juridical person established in the European Union, different of the manufacturer and/or importer, that uses the substance as such or as a preparation, in the course of its industrial or professional activities.
  
  

   

   

  As an intermediate user, the Group INOXPA has into consideration the following:
  
  - To define its position regarding the Regulation REACH: the substances are only used as a part of the production process.
  - To revise the use: the use given to these substances is included in the Register as an identified use.
  
  Also, the Group INOXPA establishes that ALL the substances or preparations which are used in its production process and that are affected by the Regulation REACH have to be pre-registered.
