INOXPA USA Inc is a subsidiary of a Global Business (53 years old) with its Head Office in Spain. INOXPA Manufactures and distributes Pumps, Valves, Agitators and Process Skids/Solutions into the Food, Beverage, Dairy, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Sectors.
We are looking for a young highly self - motivated, high performing Sales Manager to help us expand or presence and revenue growth across the US in the newly formed MID-West region by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to upper management. As the MidWest region is our newest expansion project the candidate must come with extensive knowledge of the afore mentioned industries and products as this territory does not come with an extensive list of customers. The candidate is thus responsible for sourcing, securing and developing new clients in addition to managing and growing the existing ones.
Responsibilities & Key Performance Areas
- It is the Salesman’s responsibility to promote and sell the Products and Solutions produced and distributed by INOXPA into the following sectors:
- Food
- Beverage
- Dairy
- Cosmetic
- Brewery
- Light Chemical
- Pharma
- Products promoted are specifically for the industries mentioned above and include but not limited to:
- Sanitary Pumps
- Sanitary Valves
- Sanitary fittings
- Mixers
- Agitators
- Blending Systems
- CIP Skids, mobile and fixed
- Any Food, Beverage, Dairy, Cosmetic and or Pharma Skids
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales processes
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s existing (small) customer base in this territory to ensure its strong presence and actively grow a new client base.
- Managing objectives, arranging sales and technical training of client’s, agents, distributors, OEM’s
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present weekly sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Present weekly marketing and sales visit plans to the management team
- Identify new markets for existing products, and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status, prices
- Control expenses within a reasonable level and with managements approval
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- BS/MS degree/diploma in a Technical Field
- At least 4 years Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager in a technical environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Have sold into the sectors listed above or sold equipment listed above
- Have an existing Client base in the markets listed above
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from cradle to grave and this means hands on activity too
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- High degree of MS suite proficiency
- Be able to work on his/her own and remotely if required from time to time.
- Ability to travel
Salary Range $ to $ depending in Skill set and experience.
401k , up to 5% matching.
Contribution to health plan.
Year end Bonus $ based on company performance, Sales, GP and EBITDA.
