The main role of this individual is to undertake administration and other office duties relating to Internal Technical Sales, such as quotations, record sales data, invoicing, preparing purchase requisitions, assist in scheduling client phone calls and meetings, following up with clients about their order status and make sure all orders are completed in a timely manner, that leave the regional sales managers (East, West and Central) free to focus on the busy business of selling.
INOXPA is a Process Engineering Company that produces and supplies all hygienic and sanitary equipment and solutions (process skids) into the Food, Beverage, Pharma, Cosmetic, Dairy and light chemical industries.
Responsibilities & Key Performance Areas
SALES SUPPORT to external sales:
- Answering Sales Calls
- Processing new sales leads in Axapta (MS)
- Processing sales orders in Axapta (MS)
- Producing quotes on spares and component products such as but not limited to pumps, valves, agitators, process equipment within our Matrix Computer System/program
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team
- Keeping track of sales targets, quotation values, delivery status
- Answering phone calls, sales or general
- Expediting requests such as rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Assisting at times with equipment assemblies, like pumps, valves when needed or when relieving staff.
- Assisting with off-loading, loading stock, when required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Qualification
- Technical qualification.
- If no Technical qualification then a very strong technical aptitude is an absolute minimum.

Experience
- Proven track record in inside sales (technical).
- Non-negotiable, previously supported selling any technical products into the Food, Beverage, Pharma, cosmetic and Dairy industries
or
- Supported selling technical products, such as pumps, valves, agitators, heat exchangers, process solutions in any sector.
Salary Range $ to $ depending in Skill set and experience.
401k , up to 5% matching.
Contribution to health plan.
Year end Bonus $ based on company performance, Sales, GP and EBITDA.
